Today’s prompt: Colour
Macarons, sweet colorful macarons! I’ve heard of macarons before but had no idea what it is. Confession: I’ve never had it before . And must be the only one left to not know what a macaron is.
Macarons, macaroons, macaroni…three words that almost sound the same but totally different things! I know the coconut based macaroons (I love coconuts so this has a special place in my heart) and macaroni is well, macaroni.
A friend of mine gave us a box of macarons in different colors, in different flavors. These cute as can be little sweet things can be addicting. The small box that had 8 heavenly delicious macarons were gone in a whoosh.

.. There is difference between French and Italian ones too. They do look pretty.
My Mom loves macarons and macaroons, but hates macaroni. I’m the opposite, makes me think if I am a legitimate child at all. xD
I must admit to you that I’ve never seen, nor tried them before, so you are not alone! Lol

They look so yummy! Are they merangue cookies? That’s what they look like to me, and I LOVE those.
But I have never seen them in such vibrant colors. Gorgeous photo.
