I‘d like to take this opportunity to thank my bloggy friends who have become a huge part of this blog. They have faithfully commented, gave advise and encouraged me in some way through this wonderful thing called blogging. I have never met any of them in real life but nonetheless, I consider them my friends.

If you are a mom blogger, there’s a big chance that you know Kailani of An Island Life. She’s a blogging mom to 2 girls (soon to be 3!) from the beautiful islands of Hawaii. Aside from being a great blogger, Kailani is very helpful with my little questions regarding blogging. She’s always available to answer! You can see lovely photos of her girls, Hawaii and mommy stories in her blog as well as giveaways to win!
Lorie, who actively blogs at The Shewbridges of Celebration, FL lives with her husband in sunny Florida. She blogs about so many things and has different memes every day - Monochromatic Monday, Ruby Tuesday, Wordless Wednesday, Bitch & Moan Friday, Saturday 9, Sunday Stealin. She’s got everyday covered! Lorie is one of my recent commentorsI always think everytime she leaves a comment on my blog, “what did I do to deserve such kind words.”
Libby, who leaves comments with the name Neas Nuttiness is a mom of ten. TEN! and a grandmother to 13. Her blog tagline is so apt: “Put our family together and we’re just a few nuts short of a party mix!” Given that stats, she’s got lots of knowledge about raising children (and grandchildren) which I could learn from. Anyhow, Libby is upbeat and has always been motivating me in my weight loss journey.
Krista of Welcome to Married Life is my Gmail chat buddy from halfway across the world. I am always guilty of robbing her of bed time. It’s so fun to learn about the place she lives and her life through our chats. Early this year, she and her whole family traveled all the way to Saudi Arabia where her husband grew up. It was a fascinating trip. I am just too sad Krista wasn’t able to sneak in some time to cross the border and meet me here in the UAE!

If I had only known you before we booked our tickets I would have tried really hard to find a way to come visit you! I wanted to go to Dubai anyway, but didn’t really have a good reason… maybe someday we’ll get over there again!

You write so well and always try to see the beauty around you wherever you are, which comes across in your blog, both in words and photos. The smile on your daughters face shows what a treasure she is and what a fabulous mom you must be. You cannot fake that kind of happiness.
