As someone who loves to travel and see places (I mean, who doesn’t?), I am heavily drawn to travel blogs. I read them from line to line, picture to picture and imagine I’m in a different place. Ah, the joys of armchair travel!
One of the travel blogs I love and hold dear to my heart (explanation later) is Travels of Stacey. I came across Stacey’s blog 2 years ago during one of the blog carnival rounds I participated and been reading her each and every post from then on. I think the first post I read was about her close encounters with reindeers. Honestly, I thought reindeers were mythical creatures that only appear in Christmas books until I saw her photos!
She has been to most countries around the world but then there’s her trip, stories and photos of the Philippines that amazed me so much. She has traveled around the Philippines more than I do or I ever will.
If you love traveling or seeing photos of someone who has traveled extensively all over the world, spending Christmas in South America and New Year’s Day in Antartica, you should go check out Travels of Stacey. It’s a great blog you will enjoy, especially with all the beautiful photos! One of my favorite posts with enticing photos that make me want to visit the place was about Argentina.
Why does she get to travel that much, you ask? Well, she works in a cruise ship that travels around the world! The huge ship docked in Dubai last year and I had the chance to meet up with Stacey who graciously gave me and my family the very precious opportunity to see what’s inside of the cruise ship, twice.
Currently Stacey is in the Carribean, working hard, soaking up the sun, swimming in the beaches and definitely blogging about it, too.
