My brother has announced that he will (finally) get married to his long-time girlfriend of 11 years on their 12th year as sweethearts, on August 2008.

#9 is my favorite. My grandmother was a wedding coordinator and I was her assistant. I’ve probably seen 1300 wedding cakes in my life time. LOL. Happy TT.
Those are stunning, I can’t pick a favorite. They are certainly much better than mine which tasted great but was lacking in color. Pure white; they forgot to add the color that was supposed to be there.

The cakes are beautiful. Most of them seem to have that marzipan frosting/coating. I had never seen that until a friend got married in Canada. Is that common in your family??

Wow – Wedding Cakes sure have changed since I got married. Mine was the ugliest wedding cake imaginable! I was married on the Winter Solstice…my cake was a round white cake with christmas color spinkles on top
