Grace, you have learned so many things. I loved the open markets in Mexico, but the one thing I would love to be able to buy is fresh Spices, not that I have any "special needs *wink*, but I love the smell of fresh cinnamon,cloves, and to be able to buy fresh saffron, would be just lovely.
