Mess revisited:

We’ve got an ugly wire sticking out of the ceiling. The shattered glass has been cleaned up but what happened still makes me cringe.

Update: the real estate promised (oh, how the manager promised, literally begged me not to find another flat as he will do everything to fix it blah, blah, blah) to come yesterday and take the matter seriously, ‘especially your flat, Madam’, he says. He did not even bother to show up nor call. I am not wasting my energy and phone card credits anymore. I will instead call other real estate and continue to find a new place.
