I don’t know what goes on inside these houses but I see lighted up houses in my neighborhood from time to time. Since we don’t have any Arab/local friends, I don’t have any idea.
What do you think?

I was thinking the same thing.. Wedding or Birthday celebration? We won’t see anything like that here unless it’s Christmas.

Hi Grace,
it’s a wedding. I know because we have local friends, and already attended one local wedding.
The decoration is awesome!
I think I’m going to ask the hubby if we can do this when we get solar power – I mean why not?
I’ve never seen anyone just drape their home with lights like that before. Maybe it’s someone’s birthday?
that’s so grand. I wonder if some even have fireworks display on weddings there?

Goodness I have no idea but that is a lot of lights!!!
Ya know, I still see some houses around that keep their Christmas lights up…the only thing I can imagine is that they’re too lazy to take ‘em down :-p That or their just joyful and want to share it w/some lights all year round.
