That is funny! In Switzerland people also want those low number plates. Though I DO NOT THINK you can buy them there, you have to wait til someone dies! Here in the states... though you can customize your plate, Like mine says IMSUISS (I Am Suisse-a gift from my brother).....but if you have the state number plates they have a preset number and it can never be just 1 SabineM's last blog post..Earth Hour March 29th
