Oh you pure genius you! Taking something as complicated as dieting and comparing it to Twilight....PURE GENIUS! Cause it's so true!

Thanks, Kayla! Glad you liked it. It just came to mind and I hurriedly worked my fingers through it. :-)

Hi Grace, great analogy on holding back on food urges :) I've seen the first one and I really want to see the second one. I heard it's really good.

Can't wait to see your results!

The title got me hooked lol. I think one thing we can also get from the Cullens is that they are one strong support group. Anyone planning a long-term fitness and diet regimen should have one, so you will have someone to pick you up when you fall off the wagon.

Okay, this is what I THINK. During the holidays, at parties...(at home this doesn't apply)...when you are having fun....do NOT limit yourself. If there's a plate of fudge out...eat some. If the host is serving something fattening? Eat some! Indulge yourself because if you don't...then all you'll do is think about wanting some of it and you'll end up eating more of what you CAN eat.

Eat in moderation of course. But enjoy the festivities. And when you partake of the fattening stuff, drink water beforehand to fill the belly a bit. Plus, that will not add any calories to the indulging foods.

I say have fun and enjoy. Otherwise, you'll end up eating more than you anticipated.

I think this is for people who do not know what moderation means (sometimes including myself). Eating a little before a party takes care of some of the hunger so you can have the delicious (sinful) food without overdoing it.

I agree with what you said about not limiting oneself. I don't. I just put in a little bit healthier first so when I have that caloric dense food, it's within what I can burn.
