Just. Keep. Going.

After doing my daily pre-shower workout, I went to the kitchen to drink water. Huffing and puffing from the intense, short burst workout (only 12 minutes!), Pristine looked at me and said: “So when are you going to lose all the belly?”

I explained that it will be a long process as I need to ‘undo’ all the stuff that I have eaten (chocolates and other sweets!) and the time I was not moving. But I do think, I have improved a little – that I have lost a little weight. See, *some* of my trousers and dresses I am able to wear again!

Me: You know, it takes 4 weeks for the exercises to see the changes in her body, 8 weeks for family and friends and 12 weeks for the rest of the world.

Pristine: So…I think you’re still on your 3rd week!

I’ve started getting serious about my fitness and health since January this year.

Okay…I’m going to ignore that comment and tell myself: KEEP GOING, Grace. Just KEEP GOING.

    Now that I’m getting back into exercising myself, it really is hard to find the motivation when I’m at home to get ANYTHING in o.O

    But like you said, you’ve got to stick with it and one day you’ll look in the mirror and surprise yourself with what you see!
