You are such an inspiration to all of us and are definitely setting a wonderful example of healthy living for Pristine.

It runs in my family as well which is one of the main reasons why I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle. I can&#039;t wait to hear about your next post. I did well on ED but not so much on carb cycling which is baffling to me. I&#039;m currently looking into it and seeing if it has anything to do with my insulin resistance. With ESE though, I should be able to increase my insulin sensitivity.
