Are you doing cardio?
Cardio or Cardiovascular exercise is any exercise that raises the heart rate to around 60 to 85 percent of the normal rate. Cardio exercise creates a sustained calorie burn, helping us lose weight/fat. What’s more, regular cardio exercise not only helps with losing weight, it promotes better heart health and improve overall energy levels.
Now, cardio machines are highly associated with cardiovascular exercise routines but what if you don’t own a treadmill (like me) or the machines at the gym are all occupied? And if you’re like me who’s terribly bored with doing cardio with cardio machines at the gym?

Interesting. We had a treadmill for a while, because my wife was recovering from a brain tumour operation and started to have seizures. It was too dangerous for her to run outside for a long time, because if she had a problem I would have had to carry her home or get an ambulance. Thank goodness she found meds that help. We hated the treadmill it was so boring, even with the TV on. Sounds as if that program would have been good for us.

You have given nice information about cardio exercises.Even I believe that there is no need of any equipment for a cardio exercise.Cardio exercises have many health benefits as it can burn a lot of calories and it also decreases risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Nice, this is fascinating. Although I do not hate working out on a treadmill, a non-treadmill cardio exercise is really excellent. I will find time to perform the exercises you were telling. You can not compare fitness equipment exercises to the natural ways of losing weight without using any equipment. Imagine, you can just do it anywhere, I really appreciate people who are expert in fitness and health, they just never stop to explore. Being an expert in the world of fitness would surely require a lot of experience and sweat. For busy persons, this is such a great relief.
