		<description>I have been doing a diet and exercise routine for a while. When I am doing this for about 6 weeks I get really tired and sore so I give up, then I realize I shouldn&#039;t give up I should just keep climbing that long to reach my weight loss goal.

		<description>Good luck with this diet. I always find that being too hard on yourself when you have a bad day leads to more bad habits, and a cycle of failing the diet. So try to stay positive throughout and not put too much pressure on yourself. I find exercise boring, but have stuck my running machine in front of my TV. Can now stay on it much longer!
