Thanks for this post its exactly what i need right now. I am going to read about it, i actually started working out using Jiliaan Michael&#039;s 30 day shred and i was doing so good for a week then i stopped. I find it so hard to start working out again, its actually the hardest part!

I also use callanetics which is great as it sculpts your body. It consits of small but powerful movement that shape and tigtens your body.</description>
