nightmare on some street

I had the most terrifying, unpleasant dream last night. I dreamt I was driving a black car, in a very DARK alley with no street lights and my car lights not working! Worse, Maki was seated on the back seat and our daughter on the passenger seat beside me, scared of the dark.

I was desperately maneuvering the car that was without lights and a bonus — it had no brakes! And the climax was, I was very afraid I’d hit some pedestrian on the dark road, I tried to ‘feel’ where the brakes are with my feet. I could not even see my feet in the enveloping darkness. Pristine already started to cry.

When I extended my feet, I discovered that it had stuck out of the car itself. Then I felt something soft and warm outside of the car where my feet was. I felt human feet…plenty of them!! As if people are walking in front of my moving car and when logically I’d run over them, they were just there..walking! How morbid!!!

Me maneuvering the car. In a dark alley. My hubby seated in the back seat. Pristine crying. The dream is saying much about our new adventure of the unknown.
