All roads lead not to Rome — especially not on summer. The searing heat automatically makes Dubaians yearn for water, water and more water. Water to drink, water to dip and dive!
After the promise to stop all sorts of unnecessary sun baking we still thought of other options. Go to the beach before 8am, swim in the cold, clear waters for an hour and sleep in the grassy, shaded areas. Maybe we’ll keep this weekend plan for the next two weeks and we can still enjoy the beach sans sunburn for my two light toned companions, pictured below.

Now what to do when the sea water turns into a hot tub in mid-summer?! Counting equally bored souls inside temperature-controlled malls will not be enough!
