It just shows that a country that is rich in oil like Dubai can to be effected by the financial crisis, and like Sheila said that if it was managed correctly we wouldn’t be talking about it.

My guess is that if the ‘other countries’ had the oil that the arab countries did and knew how to market it, this discussion wouldn’t be taking place.
