Happy Mother’s day to all moms who are reading this post! May you enjoy your day, no matter how busy you are and remind yourselves how blessed you are to have experienced motherhood!
Every year, I celebrate mother’s day for my mom and as long as she’s still with me, Mother’s Day will be all about her, not about me. So I won’t complain that today there would be no special breakfast, lunch or dinner and I have to be in the office, to swim all the way to the top of this pool of paperwork!

Last night we traveled to Seattle to go to a Katie Melua concert with one of our grown sons. This morning we went to church with him, and now, after I read a little more mail, I need a wee nap before church this evening.
My sweet girls bought me some perfume called ‘Pretty.’ I really enjoy it.
Like you, I feel that the best gift is simply the privilege to be a mom, and to love my dear children!
