It is so time-consuming. I would say you should delete them...but I am such a pack rat and it bubbles over to my yahoo and messages as well. I keep everything for so long - emails, yahoo ids, etc. I always think "well, SOMEDAY I might want to contact them." Just for the record, I think keeping all that stuff is a bad idea.
